Johnny De Leon serves as Manager, Operations (Mid-Atlantic) at ESI Total Fuel Management, providing regional operational leadership across Fuel and On-Site Services. This role was established to reinforce ESI’s commitment to operational discipline, technical precision, and consistent execution—ensuring standardized, high-performance outcomes across customer sites supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
Johnny brings more than eight years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems management, preventive maintenance program development, and field operations oversight. His background includes directing multidisciplinary service teams, implementing performance-based maintenance protocols that reduced unplanned downtime, and managing regional projects exceeding $1 million in annual value. His expertise in asset performance optimization, KPI analytics, and systems reliability directly supports ESI’s objective to maintain operational readiness across complex, distributed environments.
At ESI, Johnny leads the Mid-Atlantic Operations organization, overseeing field execution, coaching and developing service teams, and refining operational standards. He works to align technical training, safety practices, quality assurance, and performance metrics within ESI’s service delivery framework—strengthening consistency, accountability, and system reliability for every customer engagement.
Johnny holds multiple professional certifications, including EPA 608, NATE, and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training, and has completed advanced coursework in leadership, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance. His leadership reinforces ESI’s ability to deliver disciplined, reliable operations that customers can depend on in high-stakes environments.
