OPEN POSITIONS
We are looking for a shop hand to join our team to help enhance our production and fabrication facility by aiding our production and fabrication managers and technicians, as well as supplying facility maintenance support.
The ideal candidate for this entry level position will have mechanical aptitude, direct experience with power tools and base electrical systems as well as organizational and communication skills. Potential promotion opportunities could be available to a candidate that shows the required level of aptitude as they progress in the position.
Responsibilities:
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Aiding the mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and fabrication team
- Performing quality control checks and counts
- Transporting components to vendors
- Supporting shipping and receiving operations
- Cleaning, organizing, and managing shop equipment and warehouse/production facilities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack desired
We are searching for an experienced electrical technician to support our growing production and fabrication capabilities. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, testing, and repairing electrical components to ensure quality and conformance to specifications. In this role, it is crucial for you to perform recurring tasks while continuing to maintain an elevated level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate can use basic power tools and has at least two years of experience working as an electrical assembler. They are meticulous, initiative-taking, well organized, and skilled at handling simultaneous and multiple projects. This individual is proficient in reading, interpreting, and following engineering/electrical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical parts with quick dexterity
- Test and calibrate assembled parts
- Complete quality work checks for accuracy, identifying and documenting any defects as well as adjusting, repairing, or replacing electrical components to correct defects and ensure conformance to specification
- Organize and maintain workstation and inventory of parts
- Create parts, coils, or structures according to specification s using drills, calipers, cutters, or saws
- Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations for mounting or wire opening purposes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school or Associate Degree preferred
- Clean driving record
- Able to regularly lift 30-50 pounds

Production technicians are responsible for fabricating, assembling, testing, calibrating, and finishing mechanical parts or mechanisms. Production technicians are adept at performing recurring tasks without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be able to use basic power tools and have at least two years of experience working as a mechanical assembler. They are proficient in reading, interpreting, and following mechanical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. This individual will be skilled in handling simultaneous and multiple projects.
