Rob Repasi serves as Manager, Training and Operational Processes at ESI Total Fuel Management, providing leadership for workforce development, standardized training systems, and operational process support. In this role, Rob strengthens the technical readiness, consistency, and execution discipline of ESI teams—enabling reliable performance for customers operating in mission-critical environments.

Rob is a seasoned training and development leader with more than a decade of experience designing and scaling learning programs across manufacturing, logistics, and technical operations. His work has included building training programs for complex operational roles, launching enterprise train-the-trainer initiatives, standardizing SOP-driven learning systems, and implementing performance tracking through LMS platforms and KPI dashboards to improve workforce capability and compliance readiness.

Earlier in his career, Rob served in the U.S. Air Force, where he managed multi-agency intelligence operations and led information defense initiatives—experience that reinforced his ability to lead cross-functional teams, execute in high-accountability environments, and drive operational rigor.

At ESI, Rob leads the Training and Operational Processes function while actively developing programs that strengthen technical competency, reinforce procedural consistency, and improve organizational performance. His work supports ESI’s ability to scale knowledge transfer, reduce execution variability, and ensure teams are equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes across engineering, production, field services, and customer-facing operations.

Rob holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Intelligence Studies.
