Bob Gangi serves as Chief Operating Officer of ESI Total Fuel Management, where he leads operational strategy, execution oversight, and enterprise performance systems that underpin ESI’s engineered solutions for fuel lifecycle management in mission-critical infrastructure. As COO, Bob is accountable for operational precision, cross-functional alignment, process standardization, and the continuous enhancement of service delivery frameworks that directly support ESI’s customers’ reliability and uptime objectives.

With more than two decades of experience in commercial lending and strategic advisory leadership, Bob’s background provides a strong foundation in risk management, operational governance, and financial discipline. Prior to joining ESI, he led RG Consulting Services, providing executive-level guidance on operational performance, strategic planning, and enterprise risk for a wide spectrum of organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, cybersecurity, government contracting, and non-profit sectors. His work advising C-suite leadership teams reinforced mission focus, fiscal resiliency, and scalable operational models—capabilities he translates into operational excellence at ESI. 

At ESI, Bob drives the integration of operational controls, performance analytics, and field execution standards across service delivery, logistics coordination, fuel supply chain management, and compliance systems. His leadership is critical to ensuring that engineered fuel systems and lifecycle services perform consistently within defined KPIs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, enabling customers to depend on ESI for high-stakes operational continuity.

Bob holds a degree from George Mason University and brings a practical and data-driven approach to operational leadership, reinforcing ESI’s commitment to precision, reliability, and customer-centric performance across all mission-critical engagements.
